Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 317-A:24
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The board may license any applicant for a dental or dental hygienist license who is so licensed in any other state, provided the other state’s licensing requirements are substantially equivalent to or higher than those of this state.
