Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 317-A:34

The board may petition the superior court for an injunction to restrain the practice of dentistry, as defined in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 317-A:20, by any person other than a licensed dentist or such other persons as are specifically excepted from the operation of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 317-A:20. In such proceedings, the board may be represented by the attorney general or its own counsel, and such petition may be filed in the superior court for the county in which the defendant named therein resides, or, if such defendant is a nonresident, then in the superior court for any county in which the named defendant does business. The petition for such injunction or the issuance thereof shall be in addition to, and shall not relieve any such person from, criminal prosecution. In connection with any such petition for an injunction, it shall not be necessary to prove that an adequate remedy at law does not exist.
