Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 361-A:11-a
- Commissioner: means the bank commissioner. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 361-A:1
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Persons subject to or licensed under this chapter shall abide by applicable federal laws and regulations, the laws and rules of this state, and the orders of the commissioner. Any violation of such law, regulation, or rule is a violation of this chapter.
