  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
No contract or evidence of indebtedness shall contain any provision whereby the buyer, borrower or debtor waives any of his rights under this chapter, and any such waiver shall be deemed against public policy and shall be unenforceable and void.
