- commission: as used in this title , means the public utilities commission. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 362:1
- Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
The commission may fix and collect reasonable fees for copies of its records, certified or otherwise, for copies of testimony taken before the commission and for its publications.
