Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 407:1
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The form of policy for fire insurance prescribed by this chapter shall be known and designated as the Standard Fire Insurance Policy for New Hampshire, hereinafter known as the Standard Fire Policy. There may be inserted before and after the words “New Hampshire” the state in which such form of policy is standard.
