(a) Any person who willfully violates any provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 421-B:5-501(a) or N.H. Rev. Stat. § 421-B:5-502(a) or a cease and desist order or injunction issued pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 421-B:6-603 or N.H. Rev. Stat. § 421-B:6-604, or who violates N.H. Rev. Stat. § 421-B:5-505 knowing that the statement was false or misleading in any material respect, shall be guilty of a class B felony. Each of the acts specified shall constitute a separate offense and a prosecution or conviction for any one of such offenses shall not bar prosecution or conviction for any other offense.
(b) Any person who willfully violates N.H. Rev. Stat. § 421-B:4-401(a), N.H. Rev. Stat. § 421-B:4-402(a), N.H. Rev. Stat. § 421-B:4-403(a), N.H. Rev. Stat. § 421-B:3-301(a), or N.H. Rev. Stat. § 421-B:5-506 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each of the acts specified shall constitute a separate offense and a prosecution or conviction for any one of such offenses shall not bar prosecution or conviction for any other offense. For any subsequent offense, any person shall be guilty of a class B felony.

(c) Nothing in this chapter limits the power of the state to punish any person for any conduct which constitutes a crime by statute.
