Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 423:10
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
Whenever the state shall acquire any airport, aircraft landing area, or other aeronautical facility which has been owned by one municipality in another municipality upon which the former has made payments pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 423:9, then the state shall continue to make payment in the same manner to the municipality in which such facility lies as was made by the municipality from which the state acquired it.
