Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 461-A:17
- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
The judicial council shall have no responsibility for the payment of the costs of a mediator or guardian ad litem for any party under this chapter.
