Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 528:7
- Adjourn: A motion to adjourn a legislative chamber or a committee, if passed, ends that day's session.
The officer may adjourn any sale under this chapter from time to time, not exceeding ten days at one time or sixty days from the seizure, giving the same notice of each adjournment as of a sale.
