Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 53-B:12
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
All bonds and notes, and the interest thereon, heretofor or hereafter issued by a district formed under the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. Chapter 53-B or of any general or special act, heretofor and hereafter enacted, shall be exempt from taxation in the state of New Hampshire.
