The youth services center may be used for the following purposes:
I. Receiving facility for the temporary detention of children who are awaiting disposition of the court pursuant to N.H. Rev. Stat. § 169-B:14.
II. Receiving facility for children determined educationally disabled pursuant to RSA 186-C.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 621-A:5
- following: when used by way of reference to any section of these laws, shall mean the section next preceding or following that in which such reference is made, unless some other is expressly designated. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:13
