Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 78-B:7-a
- real estate: shall include lands, tenements, and hereditaments, and all rights thereto and interests therein. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:21
Any party to a transfer of real estate or an interest in real estate subject to a penalty under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 78-B:7 shall pay interest as prescribed in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 21-J:28.
