Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 13:1B-15.117
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The trustees may request, and upon request shall receive from the Attorney General of the State of New Jersey, all legal counsel and services necessary to carry out the purpose of the trust.
