Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 13:1H-6
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The department may provide technical assistance in addition to or in lieu of State aid to any local environmental agency for the purpose indicated in this act.
