Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 13:8A-18
- Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
Section 17 of this act shall take effect upon approval by the people at a general election of the New Jersey Green Acres Bond Act of 1961, and the remainder of this act shall take effect immediately.
