Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 24:5A-4
- Labeling: means all labels and other written, printed or graphic matter (1) upon an article or any of its containers or wrappers, or (2) accompanying such article. See New Jersey Statutes 24:1-1
No hazardous substance subject to and conforming with the Federal Hazardous Substances Labeling Act and regulations promulgated thereunder shall be deemed to be in violation of this act and regulations promulgated hereunder.
