Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 26:2-139
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
As used in this act:
a. “Commissioner” means the Commissioner of the State Department of Health;
b. “Department” means the State Department of Health;
c. “Program” means the Diabetes Control Program established by the commissioner.
