Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 26:2C-30
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The declaration by proclamation of the Governor of an air pollution emergency and any order issued by the Governor pursuant to such declaration shall be given maximum publicity throughout the State.
