- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
2. The Governor is requested to annually issue a proclamation calling upon public officials and the citizens of this State to observe the “Night of Conversation” with appropriate activities and programs.
