Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 4:12-41.21

  • Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
Should any section, paragraph, clause or sentence of this act be declared unconstitutional or invalid, for any reason, the remainder of the said act shall not be thereby affected.
