Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 4:13-44
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
It is hereby declared to be in the public interest and the public policy of this State to establish and support the right of any producer to join voluntarily and belong to cooperative associations.
