Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 4:5-107
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
As used in this article:
“Division” means the Division of Animal Health.
“Department” means the Department of Agriculture.
“Board” means the State Board of Agriculture.
