Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 4:5-59
- person: includes corporations, companies, associations, societies, firms, partnerships and joint stock companies as well as individuals, unless restricted by the context to an individual as distinguished from a corporate entity or specifically restricted to one or some of the above enumerated synonyms and, when used to designate the owner of property which may be the subject of an offense, includes this State, the United States, any other State of the United States as defined infra and any foreign country or government lawfully owning or possessing property within this State. The certificate of tuberculin test shall contain the following information:
a. The number of cattle to be brought in and the lines and route over which they are to travel;
b. The tag number, gender, breed, approximate age, color and markings of the animal;
c. The name and address of the person from whom the cattle were consigned, and the name and address of the consignee;
d. The date of the tuberculin test, and the kind of test made; and
e. The signature of the veterinarian making the test with a complete record of the same made in accordance with the method prescribed by the department, and such other information as may be deemed advisable.
