A person, firm or corporation or the agent of a person, firm or corporation who denies or interferes with admittance to or enjoyment of the public facilities enumerated in Section 28-7-3 N.M. Stat. Ann. or otherwise interferes with the rights of a blind or visually impaired person or a person who has a physical disability enumerated in the White Cane Law N.M. Stat. Ann. § 28-7-1 to 28-7-7 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
