§ 81.24 Notice of pendency.
Terms Used In N.Y. Mental Hygiene Law 81.24
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
The petitioner shall, prior to judgment, file a notice of pendency if real property or any interest therein is or may be affected by the proceeding.
