§ 2560. Definitions. The following terms, whenever used or referred to in this title, unless the context indicates otherwise, shall have the following meanings:

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

1. "Corporation." The New York convention center operating corporation.

2. "Convention center." The convention and exhibition center referred to in paragraph (l) of subdivision nine of section five hundred fifty-three of this chapter and any interest therein acquired by the corporation.

3. "State." The state of New York.

4. "City." The city of New York.
