§ 2720. Assistance by state officers, departments, boards and commissions. The department of audit and control, department of law, and all other state officers, agencies, departments, boards, divisions and commissions may render such services to the authority within their respective functions as may be requested by the authority.
Terms Used In N.Y. Public Authorities Law 2720
- Authority: shall mean the public benefit corporation created by section twenty-seven hundred three of this title, known as the development authority of the north country. See N.Y. Public Authorities Law 2702
- State: shall mean the state of New York. See N.Y. Public Authorities Law 2702
