The Secretary must credit the net proceeds of the tax collected under this Part as follows:
(1) Six and four-tenths percent (6.4%) to the University Cancer Research Fund established under N.C. Gen. Stat. § 116-29.1
(2) The remainder to the General Fund. ?(2021-180, s. 42.9(g).)
