Obligations for the acquisition of land incurred by the Department under the authority of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 106-882 to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 106-886 shall be paid solely and exclusively from revenues derived from such lands and shall not impose any liability upon the general credit and taxing power of the State. ?(2011-145, s. 13.25(o).)
