The Department of Public Safety shall establish an emergency management agency as defined in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 166A-19.3(9) for the Camp Butner Reservation, and the Town of Butner. (1985, c. 589, s. 2; 2007-269, s. 8; 2011-145, s. 19.1(g); 2012-12, s. 2(r).)
