Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 133-4.1
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
Except for N.C. Gen. Stat. § 133-1 and [G.S.] 133-1.1, the provisions of this Article shall not apply to energy conservation measures undertaken as part of a guaranteed energy savings contract entered into pursuant to the provisions of Part 2 of Article 3B of Chapter 143 of the N.C.
