The following definitions apply in this Article:
(1) Repealed by Session Laws 2013-183, s. 4.7, effective July 1, 2013.
(2) Transportation Improvement Program. The schedule of major transportation improvement projects required by N.C. Gen. Stat. § 143B-350(f)(4).
