In furtherance of the purposes of this Article the Commission is hereby authorized and empowered to enter into cooperative agreements pertaining to the management and development of the wildlife resources with federal, State, and other agencies, or governmental subdivisions. (1947, c. 263, s. 15.)
Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes 143-251
- Commission: shall mean the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission. See North Carolina General Statutes 143-238
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the said district and territories and all dependencies.
