A local governmental unit may provide for the acquisition, installation, or maintenance of energy conservation measures acquired pursuant to this Part by installment or lease purchase contracts in accordance with and subject to the provisions of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 160A-20 and N.C. Gen. Stat. § 160A-19, as applicable. (2002-161, s. 8.)
