A DNA sample shall be obtained from any person arrested for an offense designated under N.C. Gen. Stat. § 15A-266.3A, in accordance with the provisions contained in Article 13 of Chapter 15A of the N.C. Gen. Stat.. ?(2010-94, s. 12.)
