Modular homes, as defined in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 105-164.3(143), shall comply with the design and construction standards set forth in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 143-139.1 ?(2019-111, s. 2.4; 2020-3, s. 4.33(a); 2020-25, s. 51(a), (b), (d).)
