A local government may enact and enforce a water supply watershed management and protection regulation pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 143-214.5 and shall comply with all applicable provisions of that statute and, to the extent not inconsistent with that statute, with this Chapter. ?(2019-111, s. 2.4; 2020-3, s. 4.33(a); 2020-25, s. 51(a), (b), (d).)
