The State Auditor shall conduct annual audits of all accounts and transactions of the Commission and any other special postaudits the State Auditor considers to be necessary. (2005-344, s. 1.)

  • Commission: means the North Carolina State Lottery Commission. See North Carolina General Statutes 18C-103
  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the said district and territories and all dependencies.
