The petitioner shall serve the clerk’s judgment on all other parties. The judgment also shall be filed in the estate file of the deceased. Any aggrieved party may appeal the judgment in accordance with N.C. Gen. Stat. § 1-301.2 ?(2011-344, s. 7.)
