The following records or documents shall not be subject to the provisions of Chapter 132 of the N.C. Gen. Stat.:
(1) The names and addresses of the purchasers and beneficiaries of preneed funeral contracts filed with the Board.
(2) All financial information used to demonstrate solvency in connection with a bond required under N.C. Gen. Stat. § 90-210.67 ?(1997-399, s. 33; 2018-78, s. 13.)

- Board: means the North Carolina Board of Funeral Service as created pursuant to Article 13A of Chapter 90 of the N. See North Carolina General Statutes 90-210.60
- following: when used by way of reference to any section of a statute, shall be construed to mean the section next preceding or next following that in which such reference is made; unless when some other section is expressly designated in such reference. See North Carolina General Statutes 12-3
