Terms Used In North Dakota Code 10-15-52.6
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
1. A foreign cooperative authorized to transact business in this state may change its registered office, its registered agent, or both; and
2. A registered agent of a foreign cooperative may resign.
