North Dakota Code 12.1-07-01 – Treason

Treason as defined in section 17 of article I of the Constitution of North Dakota is a class A felony.

Under the North Dakota Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:

Class	Prison	Fine
Class A felony	up to 20 years	up to $20,000
