The director has the authority to maintain and develop a testing laboratory to carry out the requirements of section 24-03-16. The department may, upon request of any division or agency of government, make available the services and facilities of said testing laboratory, and make a reasonable charge therefor.
Terms Used In North Dakota Code 24-03-17
- Department: means the department of transportation of this state as provided by section 24-02-01. See North Dakota Code 24-01-01.1
- Director: means the director of the department of transportation of this state, acting directly or through authorized agents as provided in section 24-02-01. See North Dakota Code 24-01-01.1
