As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
Terms Used In North Dakota Code 43-57-01
- Individual: means a human being. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
1. “Board” means the state board of integrative health care.
2. “Licensee” means an individual licensed by the board under this chapter and under chapter 43-59, 43-61, or 43-64.
