Except as otherwise provided in this chapter or in any other provision of the Revised Code, a family trust company is subject to this chapter only to the extent that the family trust company transacts trust business in this state.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 1112.02
- Family trust company: means a corporation or limited liability company organized under the laws of this state that meets all of the following requirements:
(1)¿It is organized to serve only family clients. See Ohio Code 1112.01
- state: means the state of Ohio. See Ohio Code 1.59
