On receipt of notice under section 3307.212 of the Revised Code of the employment of a new teacher, the state teachers retirement system shall inform the teacher of the requirements of section 3307.25 of the Revised Code.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 3307.214
- state: means the state of Ohio. See Ohio Code 1.59
- Teacher: means all of the following:
(a) Any person paid from public funds and employed in the public schools of the state under any type of contract described in section 3311. See Ohio Code 3307.01
