The state teachers retirement board may establish a plan under which any contributions described in section 3307.352 of the Revised Code are invested at the direction of a superannuate or other system retirant in accordance with investment options established by the board.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 3307.354
- state: means the state of Ohio. See Ohio Code 1.59
- Superannuate: means both of the following:
(1) A former teacher receiving from the system a retirement allowance under section 3307. See Ohio Code 3307.01
If the board establishes a plan, the state teachers retirement system shall transfer a superannuate’s or other system retirant’s contributions to the plan.
