An individual who is a licensed nursing home administrator or licensed health services executive may request that the board of executives of long-term services and supports provide to a licensing board or agency of another state verification of the individual’s licensure status under this chapter and other related information in the board’s possession. The board shall provide the licensing board or agency of the other state the verification and other related information so requested if the individual pays to the board the fee for this service. The board shall adopt a rule under section 4751.04 of the Revised Code establishing the fee.
