§ 838. Repayment of state appropriation. The moneys appropriated by chapter eight hundred forty-seven of the laws of nineteen hundred thirty-five and expended, shall be repaid by the authority into the state treasury, when the cost of acquisition, construction and improvement of such markets, market sites and market facilities shall have been fully paid and the debt or debts created by the authority for such purposes amortized.
